Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a Board Certified Professional Hypnotist. My purpose in life is to serve humanity, that means you!

My professional career began at the age of 23 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry- as a manual therapist, yoga and movement teacher, Reiki practitioner, and Hypnotist.

In 2019, I moved to Atlanta and met Monica Miller, owner of Atlanta Muscle Melter and Monica Miller Hypnosis. Monica became my massage and business mentor. After working together for two years, the day I planned to ask her about a career in hypnosis was the day she came to me with a nudge to go after it! I had the honor of training with Cal Banyan at the Banyan Hypnosis Center in Dallas, Texas. Through his training, I became a 5-PATH practitioner and 7-PATH teacher.

I’m humbled to have great teachers and mentors in this life, and each has led me down a path of efficient ways to transform trauma and pain. I chose a career in hypnosis because it combines all the tools I’ve been taught and it works!

Life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows- none of us leave this earth unscathed. But, it’s not the load, it’s how we carry it. It would be my greatest honor to help you find more joy, ease, beauty, and purpose in this life! I’m glad you’re here.
